Return Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy with your order, we offer a 30-day return policy.

Eligibility

To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be returned within 30 days of delivery
  • Items must be unused and in original condition
  • Items must be in original packaging with all tags attached
  • Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required
  • Non-Returnable Items

    The following items cannot be returned:

  • Opened personal care items (for hygiene reasons)
  • Hazardous materials once opened
  • Items marked as "Final Sale"
  • Gift cards
  • How to Return

  • **Request a Return:** Contact our customer service or initiate a return through your account
  • **Receive Return Label:** We'll email you a prepaid return shipping label
  • **Pack Your Items:** Securely pack items in original packaging if possible
  • **Ship:** Drop off at any UPS or USPS location
  • **Refund:** We'll process your refund within 5-7 business days of receiving the return
  • Refunds

    Refunds will be issued to the original payment method:

  • Credit/Debit Cards: 5-10 business days
  • PayPal: 3-5 business days
  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

    Exchanges

    We do not offer direct exchanges. Please return your item for a refund and place a new order for the desired item.

    Damaged or Defective Items

    If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately with photos of the damage. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost.
